Please note that our shipping timelines do not include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseeable delays that may occur on the courier's end, such as weather conditions, high volume, or traffic. If you have made changes to the delivery option on your end, it may also impact the delivery timeline. In some cases, if the estimated dispatch dates for different items in your order are more than 7 days apart (Canada and US only), your order may be split into multiple shipments. This allows us to ensure that each item reaches you in a timely manner. Rest assured, you will be notified if your order is split and provided with the necessary tracking information.
