Returns & Exchanges

 

We understand that online purchases may not always meet your expectations. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and imagery, we accept returns only for faulty items. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selections, so we kindly ask you to review your order carefully before making a purchase. In the event of a faulty item, we offer store credit for exchanges, but we do not offer refunds.

To initiate a return, please submit a request within 7 days of receiving your item. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for us to process it. You will then receive an email with details of your store credit. 

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please reach out to us at info@silverswind.com with supporting images, and we will quickly assess the situation to determine the appropriate course of action. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping charges on returned items.

Return conditions:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn.
  • Merchandise must have all original packaging fully intact.
  • All clearance or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
